I've got a Sourdough Home with adjustable temperature settings. When the device gets "too cold" it stops tracking data. When I know I'm not going to be baking frequently I turn the temperature down from 20degC to 15 or 10degC to slow fermentation.

Odd. Mine works in a Sourdough Home set to 45°F (7°C). It does give me a warning on the website that the sterter is cold (which, yeah, is why I can feed it often), but it keeps tracking for up to 36 hours as normal.
