Currently Breadwinner doesn’t show growth data past 36 hours in the X axis. In the example screenshot I’ve been keeping my starter @ 45F for about 4 days.
I think for those that have a Sourdough Home / other temperature-adjustable units, you’ll see folks using lower temps to stretch out feedings.
I try to keep it low enough to feed every few days (was going for a week this time!) so it’d still be valuable to know how much it’s grown and an approximate peak.
Suggestions:
  1. Reduce the height sampling reduce after 36 hours? You can still know when it’s ready to feed but it just stores much less data.
  2. If it’s not possible to extend the data, it’d be helpful to be more clear about max time range if you plan to track, and to direct them to use “Hibernate” if they need more time. But I think option 1 sounds much better 😬
